Altitude

Altitude

Snow-covered mountain landscapes from Central Asia and beyond.

Made above the tree line and across high alpine environments, these photographs observe mountain landscapes shaped by elevation, weather, exposure, and light. Glacial terrain, shifting storms, and isolated ridgelines reduce the landscape to form, texture, and scale.

Moving between moments of clarity and whiteout, the work focuses on the stillness and severity unique to high altitude environments — places where human presence feels temporary against the permanence of stone and ice.

A study of elevation, isolation, and the architecture of the mountains.
